HOW TO PREPARE POWERPOINT SLIDES USING CHATGPT

PowerPoint slides are individual pages or screens within a PowerPoint presentation. Meetings to share information, updates, or proposals. Training sessions to teach new skills or knowledge. Sales pitches to showcase products or services. 

In this informative session, you’ll learn how to create captivating PowerPoint slides using ChatGPT. Follow these simple steps to prepare your slides:

  1. Given a text or document to summarise or create PowerPoint slides, copy the text.
  2. Go to chrome or your browser and open chatgpt.

  1. Type summarise this into heading and bullets you can use in PowerPoint presentation. Open bracket and paste the text inside the bracket.

  1. Copy the entire text in case it breaks
  2. Chat gpt will summarise it with heading and bullets. Copy the generated text.

  1. Go back to word, create a blank page and paste it.

  1. It comes with the formatting from chat gpt which we need to change.
  2. To take care of this, you’ll make use of a notepad. If you have a notepad on your system, open and paste the text there.

  1. Notepad will remove all the formatting. Copy it again, go back and paste in word. You will see that there is no longer gpt formatting.
  1. You can now format it to your choice. You’ll see that notepad has removed all the bullets, you will highlight and add bullets to the areas chat gpt bulleted.

  1. Go to files and save this on your machine and where you can easily access it.
  1. If you have same account on your word as that on your one drive, the file will auto save to your drive.
  2. If its different accounts, open your OneDrive, go to upload, files
  1. Select the file in your saved location and it will upload
  1. Open the file in your drive (on the cloud)
  1. Once it’s open, you will see that it has same formatting as your word document.
  1. To transform this to PowerPoint, go to file, export and export to PowerPoint presentation
  1. Choose the PowerPoint theme/template of your choice, then export.
  1. In a few seconds, the AI tools will make ready your PowerPoint presentation, Click on open presentation.
